On the 19th May we were delighted to be asked to film the wedding ceremony of Josh & Agnieskza (Mr & Mrs Collier) at Norwood Park. We also offered to record a special highlight film which includes the morning preparations with the bride to be, through to the afternoon photos..
We are now pleased to announce that we have decided to offer our wedding filming / video services to a limited number of couples
Our focus is on creating unique and special films that help tell the story of your day whilst capturing those special moments for you to treasure for years to come.
We understand it is your special day and our whole approach is to be their in the background and record what happens.
Our special highlight films are something we in particular enjoy and take great pride in creating.
From the clips we choose, then colour edit to create that Cinematic feel and look through to the final music added, it is a process we love.
We offer a range of film/video options including filming the ceremony, speeches through to the evening reception. All our packages include your own special highlight film.
We only accept a limited and exclusive number of weddings per year so please contact us if you would like to know more.
Every now and again you may be fortunate as a photographer to be asked to capture something extraordinary, exceptional and truly inspiring. That was very much the case in March when we were asked to take the official dress rehearsal photos of the Newark Amateur Operatic Society’s production of CATS at the Newark Theatre.
To say we enjoyed it would be an understatement. The photography was technically fairly difficult to ensure we were able to capture key moments given the variety of lighting conditions as well as the movement of the amazing cast around the stage.
Our approach was to try and capture the show as it appeared to the audience in all its glory but also try and present and display them in a way that gave the feel of a large and professional production. Apart from some subtle editing and cropping the sizes of the wide angle photos to offer a feeling of scale the rest of our time was narrowing our selections to our favourite 400 or so photos.
As you may deduce we thoroughly enjoyed our time with the production and would be very happy to be involved in other productions in the future. We hope we have done the show justice and am sure that some of the photos will be great keepsakes and memories for many of the cast and their families for years to come. If you are a Theatre company or Society and would like to have your production captured then please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
On the 30th July 2017 we were delighted to be asked to photograph and film (selected elements of the day) Kerry and Simon's Wedding at the Kelham House Hotel in Nottinghamshire.
We would like to thank Kerry and Simon and all their friends and family who made us feel very welcome and made the day a pleasure to capture.
We are offering our photo and filming services to a very limited number of Wedding clients in 2018 so if you are interested in hiring us please get in touch as soon as possible.
This time of the year provides anyone who enjoys photography with so many wonderful opportunities to capture the stunning winter light.
These images were shot on a an early morning walk to my sons local School. Not a bad way to start the day.
